Keep titles, alternate titles, territories and available identifiers organised.
Keep the primary song title, alternate titles, writer names and publisher details together. A composition and a recording use different identifiers.
If an ISWC or writer IPI identifier already exists, copy it accurately from the relevant records. Do not create a replacement identifier merely because a new recording is released.
Connect each recording to the correct composition in your records, and review spelling differences before requesting updates.
